Fees:

Consultation fees are displayed at the Reception Desk. We accept cash, credit card or EFTPOS.

Medicare rebates are paid directly into your nominated savings/cheque accounts.

All consultation fees are to be paid on the day. This also includes telephone and telehealth consultations. Longer, more complex consultations will incur a higher fee.

“Booked on the day” appointments will incur a fee to be paid on the day. These appointments will not be bulk billed however a rebate will be paid directly to the patient by Medicare.

Bulk Billing:

Bulk billing is available for Pensioner Card holders, Veteran’s Affairs card holders and Health Care Card holders, and children under 16 years of age for a routine appointment.

Referrals, Certificates and Prescriptions:

Please make an appointment if you require referrals, certificates or repeat prescriptions. Doctors have a duty of care to ensure that any repeat medication or referrals remain appropriate, and a short consultation is required to check on this.

Doctors cannot backdate a medical certificate in any circumstances.

Other Costs:

The doctor or reception staff will inform you of any other costs that might arise from your consultation, treatment or procedures, or referrals for specialist care.

Failure to attend a standard appointment will result in a charge of $45.00. Failure to attend a double or procedure appointment will incur a charge of $65.00. These charges would need to be paid before any further appointments can be made.
